Amazon.com seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to drive the financial strategy for building Amazon Ads' core AI infrastructure. The role involves developing financial models, evaluating new business opportunities, and supporting business initiatives with strategic significance.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of advertising products by evaluating the product, understanding customer needs and value drivers, and crafting high impact growth strategies for the business
  • Partner with product team to anticipate business requirements, trends, and variances; develop action plans; measure and analyze results; identify and drive growth and improvement opportunities
  • Manage financial and operational performance metrics for your business e.g. Weekly Business Reviews
  • Uphold and enforce an environment of ethical practices and strong financial controllership

Skills

  • 2+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
  • 3+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
