Responsibilities
· Handle ticket bookings, cancellations, and modifications
· Provide fare quotes and explain airline policies
· Promote airline services and upsell travel products
· Maintain accurate records and manage customer data
· Coordinate with airport and operations teams when needed
Qualifications
· Experience in sales or customer service
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Familiarity with airline reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre)
Preferred:
· Multilingual abilities
· Prior experience in the travel or aviation industry
