Description:

  • Provide HR support in performance management, employee relations, coaching, and organizational development.
  • Partner with mid-level managers to implement HR policies and practices that support business growth.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to strengthen employee engagement and a culture of excellence.
  • Work with centers of excellence to develop and launch programs for training, development, career mobility, and job performance.
  • Develop people strategies and approaches to improve organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
  • Support core HR processes including performance calibration, compensation cycles, and promotions.
  • Analyze employee data and reports such as compensation, job levels, and attrition to inform decisions and recommend solutions.
  • Lead or perform generalist HR assignments across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements related to employee management and collaborate with legal when needed.
  • Resolve complex issues related to the development and implementation of HR processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • PHR or SPHR certification is a plus.
  • 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or similar role, or a master’s degree plus 3 years of minimum experience.
  • Current, in-depth knowledge of HR legal requirements, including workers’ compensation, benefits, and federal and state employment laws.
  • Working knowledge of government laws, regulations, and legal decisions affecting employment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in interviewing, counseling, and group presentations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence leadership at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-growth environment.
  • Automotive OEM or retail experience preferred.
  • Motivated team player.
