<div><strong>Job Description</strong><br/><br/>As a Product Manager in the U.S. Virtual Solutions Product Team, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.<br/><br/><strong>Job responsibilities</strong><br/><ul><li>Define and execute end-to-end product strategy and vision for U.S. Virtual Solutions, which is anchored to customer value, revenue, and profitability goals</li><li>Lead discovery and market research; synthesize insights into the roadmap and investment theses</li><li>Develop and prioritize the Regional product backlog to deliver the strategic roadmap and value proposition</li><li>Establish a measurement framework and KPIs; track costs, adoption, risk posture, reliability, and outcomes</li><li>Identify, validate, and scale high-value use cases with cross-functional partners (Sales, Client Service, Onboarding, Operations, Technology, Legal, Controls)</li><li>Review product financials and performance trends; partner with Finance to diagnose drivers and course-correct</li><li>Analyze product, client, and operational data to surface insights and inform prioritization and trade-offs</li><li>Lead end-to-end issue triage and resolution for client and operational matters; capture learnings and implement preventive actions</li><li>Track and report incoming inquiries; build reporting that illuminates U.S. market performance and stakeholder needs</li><li>Communicate priorities, progress, and impact via clear, concise, executive-ready materials and presentations</li><li>Close stakeholder knowledge gaps through training, documentation, and ongoing knowledge sharing for U.S. Virtual Solutions. Close stakeholder knowledge gaps through training, documentation, and ongoing knowledge sharing for U.S. Virtual Solutions</li></ul><br/><br/><strong>Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills </strong><br/><ul><li>5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area</li><li>Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics</li><li>Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management</li><li>Demonstrated intellectual curiosity with strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfort mining and interpreting data</li><li>Ability to partner effectively across Sales, Operations, Client Service, Onboarding, Technology, and Control functions to drive results</li><li>Persistence in determining root cause and engaging stakeholders to drive resolution</li><li>Proven ability to organize projects, advance product use cases, and drive to closure</li><li>Strong communication and influence skills; clear, executive-ready written and verbal communication</li></ul><br/><br/><strong>Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills </strong><br/><ul><li>Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization</li><li>Experience with payments, treasury services, or account/virtual account products</li><li>Familiarity with product financials, management reporting, executive presentations, performance reporting</li></ul><br/><br/><strong>About the Team</strong><br/><br/>J.P.
