Key responsibilities Verify prescription accuracy and compliance with regulations before dispensing Perform drug utilization reviews for safety and appropriateness based on patient history Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify medication orders and resolve discrepancies Required qualifications Bachelor's or doctorate degree in Pharmacy from an accredited College of Pharmacy Good standing with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy Active immunization and CPR certifications (preferred) Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology Availability to work weekends and holidays (rotations)
