<strong><u>Job Description</u></strong><p><br></p><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong><strong>UI Design & Visual Craft</strong><ul><li>Apply strong visual design principles including typography, color theory, spacing, grid systems, composition, and visual hierarchy to create intuitive digital experiences.</li><li>Translate brand guidelines and visual standards into consistent, scalable, and user-focused interface designs.</li><li>Design high-quality user interfaces for web, mobile, and responsive digital platforms.</li><li>Ensure visual consistency, usability, and design excellence across products and digital touchpoints.</li></ul><strong>Interaction & Experience Design</strong><ul><li>Define interaction patterns, interface states, transitions, and feedback mechanisms aligned with user needs and system behavior.</li><li>Create engaging motion design and micro-interactions that enhance usability and overall experience quality.</li><li>Design responsive, adaptive, and fluid experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.</li><li>Develop intuitive user flows and interaction models that improve product usability and engagement.</li></ul><strong>Design Systems & Scalability</strong><ul><li>Contribute to the creation, evolution, and governance of design systems, reusable components, patterns, and UI standards.</li><li>Apply Atomic Design principles to build scalable, maintainable, and consistent user interface systems.</li><li>Create and manage design tokens, style variables, themes, and component specifications in collaboration with engineering teams.</li><li>Support the adoption of structured component libraries to maintain consistency across digital products.</li></ul><strong>Accessibility & Usability</strong><ul><li>Ensure designs align with WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.</li><li>Advocate for accessibility-first design practices throughout the product design lifecycle.</li><li>Incorporate usability best practices to create intuitive and inclusive user experiences.</li></ul><strong>Design Execution & Delivery</strong><ul><li>Create wireframes, user interface concepts, mockups, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design direction.</li><li>Develop prototypes ranging from low-fidelity concepts to interactive, high-fidelity experiences.</li><li>Prepare detailed design specifications, annotations, and assets to support efficient design-to-development handoff.</li><li>Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation and maintain design integrity.</li></ul><strong>Collaboration & Continuous Improvement</strong><ul><li>Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders.</li><li>Participate in design critiques, reviews, feedback sessions, and iterative design improvements.</li><li>Stay informed about emerging design trends, tools, technologies, and industry best practices.</li><li>Continuously improve design processes, workflows, and user experience quality.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Visual Design, or a related field.</li><li>7+ years of experience in UI design, product design, interaction design, or digital experience design.</li><li>Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI design, interaction design, responsive design, and design systems.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Figma; experience with Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools is a plus.</li><li>Strong understanding of:</li><li>Visual design principles and digital interface standards</li><li>Interaction design and motion principles</li><li>Responsive and adaptive design approaches</li><li>Design systems, component libraries, and Atomic Design methodology</li><li>Accessibility standards, including WCAG guidelines and inclusive design practices</li><li>Experience translating brand standards into digital product experiences.</li><li>Experience collaborating with engineering teams and supporting design implementation and handoff processes.</li><li>Strong communication, collaboration, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.</li></ul><p><br></p>
