Qualifications:
Valid and unencumbered RN license (state or compact)
Minimum of 1 year recent Telemetry or Progressive Care (PCU) nursing experience
BLS and ACLS certification (AHA required)
Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
Adaptability in fast-paced, constantly changing patient environments
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality nursing care to telemetry patients
Monitor, interpret, and respond to cardiac rhythms
Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to create and implement patient care plans
Educate patients and families regarding cardiac care and discharge instructions
Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
