Strategic Planning Advisor

Job Description:

• Lead strategic planning projects and provide expert guidance to align initiatives with organizational goals.
• Conduct research and analysis to evaluate market opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and oversee execution to achieve milestones and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive dynamics to inform strategic direction.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment and drive synergies across the organization.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, corporate strategy, or management consulting
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and influence decisions across a matrixed organization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in quantitative analysis and modeling
• Exceptional communication skills with executive presence in written and verbal formats
• Ability to anticipate trends and incorporate them into short- and long-term plans.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience within the health services sector.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and lead through influence.
