Job Accountabilities

• First level support to end users based on Knowledge base available

• Provide desktop and Laptop support.

• Basic installation and uninstallation of all desktop applications

• Handling ITSM Tool and allocating the tickets to the right resolver group

• Providing Support for MAC & Windows OS related calls

• Providing Support for Mobile Device (Android & IOS)

• Installation of Business-related software

• Ensuring Software Compliance in all the End User Devices

• Working in Shifts for 24X7 support

Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills)

• Excellent Communication Skills

• Laptop & Desktop Hardware

• Windows Operating System Knowledge

• MAC Operating System Knowledge

• Software application troubleshooting

• ITIL Knowledge

• Good Troubleshooting Skills

• Computer Networking Concepts

Key Attributes (Experience and Qualifications)

• B.E / BTECH in Engineering ( IT, CSE)

• Candidates holding additional, relevant technical certifications will be given preference.

• Experience – 1 to 3 years
