About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to assist with outreach and appointment setting for a growing life insurance business. This is a flexible, part-time remote position ideal for a college student or early-career professional studying communications, marketing, business, or a related field who is looking for flexible supplemental income and hands-on experience in sales and client communication.
Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential clients using provided scripts and schedule appointments on the calendar.

Respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Qualify basic lead information (interest level and general fit)
Schedule appointments using an online calendar system
Maintain basic tracking of conversations and booked appointments

Strong written communication skills
Comfortable starting conversations with new people online
Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
Able to follow instructions and scripts closely
Experience in sales, customer service, outreach, or appointment setting is a plus but not required
