<p><strong>Job Summary : </strong></p><p>The Finance Director is the senior financial leader for North America Region, responsible for financial strategy, operations, governance, and risk management. This role ensures alignment with global policies while driving performance, efficiency, and sustainable growth.</p><p><br></p><p>Key scope includes FP&A, accounting, treasury, tax, compliance, internal controls, and reporting, acting as a strategic partner to business leadership. The position supports regional expansion, capital optimization, and multi-country compliance.</p><p><br></p><p>In addition, this role requires a hands-on approach in a growing, multi-entity environment, effectively supporting both strategic initiatives and day-to-day financial operations.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Working Language: Mandarin Chinese & English</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Duties & Responsibilities / What You Will Do</strong></p><p><strong>1. Strategy & Business Partnership</strong></p><ul><li>Lead regional financial strategy aligned with corporate goals</li><li>Partner with business leaders to drive growth, profitability, and efficiency</li><li>Support investment decisions, M&A, and market expansion</li></ul><p><strong>2. Planning & Performance Management</strong></p><ul><li>Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning</li><li>Monitor performance, conduct variance analysis, and drive corrective actions</li><li>Build KPI dashboards and financial models</li></ul><p><strong>3. Reporting & Accounting</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting (monthly/quarterly/annual)</li><li>Oversee accounting compliance (US GAAP & corporate standards)</li><li>Manage consolidation, statutory reporting, and system optimization</li></ul><p><strong>4. Compliance, Risk & Governance</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure compliance with local regulations and tax requirements</li><li>Strengthen internal controls and risk management frameworks</li><li>Liaise with auditors, regulators, and authorities</li></ul><p><strong>5. Treasury & Capital Management</strong></p><ul><li>Manage cash flow, liquidity, and banking relationships</li><li>Optimize working capital and capital allocation</li><li>Oversee FX risk and funding strategies</li></ul><p><strong>6. Tax Management</strong></p><ul><li>Lead tax planning, VAT and corporate tax compliance</li><li>Align tax strategies with international standards</li><li>Coordinate with external advisors and regulators</li></ul><p><strong>7. Team Leadership</strong></p><ul><li>Build and lead a high-performing regional finance team</li><li>Drive talent development, performance management, and accountability culture</li></ul><p><strong>8.
